Shipping Policy

Each piece is carefully handcrafted and prepared with attention to detail. Please allow a processing time before your order is shipped.

Processing time is typically 2-7 business days, depending on the item and order volume. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to help.

We currently ship internationally.

International Shipping

All international orders may be subject to additional shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are unsure about possible customs fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

 

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

 

Made to Order & In Stock

For products marked “Made to Order”, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be carefully made and shipped.

Products marked “In Stock” will ship within 1–5 business days after order processing.
