Shipping policy

Made to order items and customized orders will ship within 2-4 weeks, while in-stock items will ship in up to 3-5 business days.

Please note that if you choose shipping option with made to order items and/or customized items and in-stock items, this will only take effect once the entire order is ready for shipment. If you wish to receive a partial shipment, please reach out to sodreamsoreal@gmail.com, additional shipping charges can apply.

We try our best to ensure that you receive your orders as soon as possible, but there are cases that do not depend only on our desire or efforts.

SODREAM is not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
