Refund policy

SODREAM wants you to be happy with your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your order we will  accept your return within 14 days of your order's arrival. Please note that orders containing 3 items or more, only 2 will qualify for a refund. This is due to our slow paced fashion model in which everything is made to order, as well as to reduce waste in the environment.

All returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached, and unworn.

VERY IMPORTANT Please email sodreamsoreal@gmail.com with your return request within 2 DAYS of the delivery date, if you have any problems with the parcel/shipping or quality issues of the product - this will enable us to do our best with assistance through problematic issues. 

The returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any return packages not received. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Monogrammed and Sale items, customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
